Oligonucleotide Toxicity (OligoTox) Open Data Challenge
Help improve in silico models for predicting toxicity using high-quality, open datasets.
Apply to create high-quality, open datasets using human in vitro systems to help predict toxicity from oligonucleotide therapies and that can lead to development of improved in silico models for predicting toxicity of an oligo. NCATS is especially interested in datasets that support models for liver, kidney, immune, blood, or chronic nervous system toxicity.
